Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    Thank you for the solution. I had previously purchased a 5.3 dongle and it did not work. Thanks for the additional information to disable the bluetooth drivers. It is now working with all my bluetooth headsets.

    As absurd as this is, I too "solved" the issue by buying a bluetooth 5.1 dongle and disabling my 1 year old premium dell Windows 11 laptop's internal bluetooth radio. My headphones now work perfectly on this windows 11 machine, as expected.

    I have a pair of Bose QC45 that work flawlessly on every other device including Android phones and Windows 10 computers, except did not work properly with two different Windows 11 computers. Often the headphone speakers would work but the mic would not work. Sometimes it would cause the computer to crash. Sometimes the headphone speakers would also not work. I tried every troubleshooting step and workaround on the internet, and nothing helped.

    Tell those developers to quit browsing reddit on the company dime and fix Windows 11 bluetooth issues. This very obviously is only caused by windows 11 and nothing else.

    I have been having trouble with the JBL Live Pro 2 TWS on Teams since I upgraded to Windows 11 last month, I tried several tips and tricks to make it work, but none of them did.
    I can now confirm these instructions worked for me and fixed the connection problems I had with my device, even after restarting or shutting down the machine for the weekend, it's still working properly.
