Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

Mine are 11 Pro and Ent.

If I were to guess, I am wondering if it is a common BT internal piece of Hardware that is commonly used on cross MFG Laptops, coupled with a Driver and Windows 11. Example "Realtek"

Will do.. I am going to dig into this for all those people who are experiencing this issue as CLEARLY Microsoft doesn't seem interested in doing any Root Cause Analysis on this. I am going to start with a fresh install of Windows 11 with no patching to see if this exhibits the same issues.. I am also going to try Linux to see if this has the same issues.

I also have an ask into DELL Engineering to see if they are able to identify why microphones are being cut off on any/all BT drives..

One quick question.. is anybody seeing this on WIndows 11 home as the OS versions I have seen people documenting this issue is Windows 11 Pro.

    Thanks,

    P.

Agre3d and thanks for sharing that you are also seeing this on other hardware.. admittedly I have been focusing on Dell for obvious reasons.

Interesting that thjs doesn't seem to effect Microsoft hardware..
