Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

Thanks,

I fixed the issue on Dell Vostero 3520 with issue with JBL Tune 520BT with installing a new audio driver

    Cirrus-Logic-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_HMRFN_WIN_10.0.7.53_A04_02

-- I think for all you should search for old audio driver and install it then unpair headphone then pair it.

I was having this issue with my Beats3 headset after my work laptop was reset/reinstalled. The headset would pair but only the output would show for the headphones. The headset/mic was missing under the input devices.

    1. Right-click the sound icon and select Sound settings
    2. Scroll past the output/input devices toward the bottom and click All sound devices in the Advanced section
    3. If your headset/mic is listed here (mine was event though is was not listed on the previous screen's input devices) click it
    4. Under General click Allow to allow to allow apps and Windows to use this device for audio (if it isn't already allowed)

Now back out to the Sound control panel and hopefully the headset/mic will now show under input devices and can be set as the default.

If Allow was already selected for you then it must be a different issue. :-\

    I really hope this helps:

I had a customer coming and asking to help her with her Soundcore Earbuds (no idea which model). Her Microphone wouldn´t get added, but only Sound would be transferred to her Earbuds.

We removed the device through the Bluetooth Settings (the three dots in the right upper corner of your device).

Then go to the System > Sound > Input (!!!) Settings.
    Add a Device.

In the best case the Microphone gets installed, the Speaker get installed, and you can finally start using your Earbuds for Video Conferencing.

    Br, Chacky.

this worked for me and my Sony XM4
