Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    I doubt it. You better try to look for drivers on Dell official site.

    and after that sound on my laptop disappeared

    Ok, I fixed it by installing the audio drivers from the Asus official page, but I assume that the next WinUpdates will destroy it all again. Keep watching ))
