Hi,
I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.
Please could you help me resolve this issue.

2023-09-27T20:04:28+00:00 I did exactly the same with my system. mic worked for about a day or so and then just stopped working again.. if you are able please provide an update in a few days to confirm if your mic/s are still ok.

2023-09-27T16:20:31+00:00 This worked for me. Deleted all drivers under Sound, video and game controls.
And this 2 under Other Device. (see picture) Restarted me PC and microphone are working again.

Had to remove every single driver under "Device manager", under sound and bluetooth.
After that, I did a restart an voila... It worked again. After windows noticed I didn't have all the drivers, they decided it was time to install some updates.
I followed through with that and woops.. It stopped working again...
So I did as before, removede every single one, did a restart and pulled only the updates again, except this one:I know it says it's installed, I just removed the tmp files and it buggs out.
Now I have a working headset again!!!!Have the same issue with my Lenovo T14s gen 3
What I can also see is that under Input settings for my Jabra 65 headset there are no Format avalible.And if I click on Start test the input volume go direct to 0
.
I have the excat laptop and Headset as you, just version 2 of Jabra 65... - And the total same issue...
PLEASE MS... FIX THIS... -
