Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    Yes, just right click on it and uninstall driver.

    can you help me how you 'Removed' the drivers? or do you mean uninstall? i would want to give it a shot. Thanks for the help. appreciate it
