I confirm that the issue has gone and has not appeared again since the 21st of September. Despite I installed several new updates.
Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.
Hi,
I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.
Please could you help me resolve this issue.
Thanks,

2023-10-16T10:14:40+00:00 how is it up to date? im afraid the disabling of drivers or deleting drivers are just an illusion. just restart your laptop and connect the headset it will work, but once you turn off your headset and reconnect it again, theres a high chance the issue will return. I have tried this several times including removing the drivers as instructed and these solutions are TEMPORARY. once you turn off your laptop or headset, the issue will come back. but im still hoping im wrong. i want this to be permanently fixed. we did not buy expensive laptop to have these petty issues. please update me with your headset if your solution worked permanently.
best, P

2023-10-13T22:25:15+00:00 My husband was having this very issue. After reading through all the comments, I did the following and it seems to have worked.
- Open Device Manager
- Under "Sound Video and Game Controllers", look for driver listed as WF-1000XM4
- Double click to open the driver properties
- Click on the Driver tab
- Click the "Disable Device" button
- Click OK
- The system will prompt you to restart. Go ahead and restart, and the problem should be solved.
I was going to disable all the drivers mentioned in this thread one by one, but I hit gold on the first one.
Windows 11, on a Dell. Hopefully this helps.
