Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    I have exactly the same problem and I cannot find a solution for it without the need to buy a Bluetooth dongle.

    I wonder the Microsoft/ Intel are aware of the issue and trying to fix it.

    I have the same problem... but everything in this thread did not work for me. I found a solution for my headset. I have a LEVN Bluetooth PLUS dongle. I have been using Bluetooth during this nightmare. Decided to turn off Bluetooth and try the dongle. And now I have a working microphone.

    i am really fed up of this. this morning i did it, and after that windows does not start. i had to make a windows recovery. i stop, i will by this morning a cheap cable microphone and wait until windows/realtek solve this issue.

    I went to HP's website, downloaded the most recent Realtek HD Audio Driver for Windows 10 and installed it. No idea why this worked, but after many hours of frustration, over a few days, it is the only thing I did that appeared to produce the result I needed, because my headset mic now works.
