I am wondering when/if somebody from Microsoft will respond to this blog?

I have tried everything I can think of wrt windows 11 outside of a complete fresh install (which I am reluctant to do and at best all this would prove is that the issue is with the windows OS/drivers.. which is a huge amount of effort with no definitive RCA ).

Can somebody from Microsoft please help this windows community experiencing these issues.. which seem to be across windows 11 home/pro/ent as well as different laptop providers (Asus/DELL inparticular).

    PLEASE HELP.

    P.

I see, in that case, you may want to try the following steps:

Check if the microphone is enabled in the Bluetooth settings:

    1. Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
    2. Go to "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices".
    3. Click on your Bluetooth headset and then click on "Device properties".
    4. Make sure the "Input" option is turned on.

Also, Check if the microphone is enabled in the privacy settings:

    1. Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
    2. Go to "Privacy" > "Microphone".
    3. Make sure the "Allow apps to access your microphone" option is turned on.

I hope this helps :) Let me know the results :)

    Hello Abhishek

Im Juliet and Im happy to help you :)

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Bluetooth microphone on your Windows 11 device.

    I would suggest you also try to Check the microphone settings. Please follow the steps below;

    a. Right-click the sound icon on the taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."

    b. Under "Input," select your Bluetooth headset as the default microphone.

    c. Check the volume levels and make sure the microphone is not muted.

I hope this helps! Let me know what happens :)
