Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Please continue to monitor as I went through the same Intel driver update process.. it worked at first for about 3-4 hrs and then the mic just stopped for no apparent reason..

I am still of the opinion that this is a driver issue just trying to nail down which drivers and what versions is incredibly time consuming and difficult.. U suspect a combination or Realtek/Intel..

Anybody have the original Windows 11 drivers that Realtek and Intel first distributed for windows 11? perhaps try to install those versions and see if that works.

    Paul.

I tested it without upgrading but the windows re-install was performed with the latest updates from microsoft so it may had already the conflictive update.

I have Windows 11, i will try to run some Ubuntu/Debina live and test the behaviour to isolate it. Maybe, as you are saying, is something related exclusively to an OS patch.

    Thanks

When you re-installed the OS did you try your BT headset BEFORE updating any windows patches/drivers?

I am leaning towards either an OS patch or driver being the issue here since replacement of motherboards (presuming the BT chips to be the issue) did not solve the issues..

Please also confirm what OS you were running..

    Thanks,

    Paul.

Yes one other quick test I am goo g to do is download older Realtek drivers as this could be the common thread...

Itnianloke trying to find a needle in a haystack..:(

Mine are 11 Pro and Ent.

If I were to guess, I am wondering if it is a common BT internal piece of Hardware that is commonly used on cross MFG Laptops, coupled with a Driver and Windows 11. Example "Realtek"
