Unexpected Store Exception Windows 11

I finally fixed this issue for my Win 11 Laptop. There was a new SSD from Kingston (256GB) which I had installed recently and that was somehow breaking this setup entirely. Replaced it with a new SSD from Western Digital > Made it the Primary Boot Device and things have been absolutely smooth since then.

I read somewhere on an online article that there were many other users of the Kingston SSD specifically with Lenovo devices who were facing random issues and that led to this solution.

I really need some help. I keep getting a blue screen of death every time I try to play a game. It also happens with some other programs that are quite heavy. This has been going on for some weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I have tried a lot of methods trying to fix this issue but nothing helped. I got recommended to use Event Viewer to check if something shows up on there. And yes something did. I get 2 errors before a blue screen of death named Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation and The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Because nothing has worked I decided to completely reinstall my windows 11 and it worked for 2 days , but now it started again. I really dont know what to do now and I really need some advice.

Change your storage device where os was installed because your ssd or hdd or nvme faulty change it, it will fix your issue.

I have the same problem on my dell inspiron 5567 and the only way to completely fix this issue is to either use windows 7-10 or get a replacement mobo.

Otherwise the problem will persist whatever you do

To try to force Windows 11 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

verifier /reset

verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
