DOES NOT. Your method only moves the Icons on the taskbar to the left in WIN 11 PRO. Taskbar remains stretched across the bottom. Another MS enhancement!

I bet this is related to the stupid CoPilot nonsense that they are trying to push so hard. So far they are pushing only something else with this locked task bar.

Actually, saying MS is redesigning the task bar code for Windows 11 is good news. The "advanced" feature of moving the task bar to where the user desires it might now be supported! That might be a really good bit of news.

    Thanks.

Yes, Display Fusion Pro is the one I use, been using it since 2010. I have many computers at home that use multiple monitors and it has been very useful. Especially now with MS ruining task bar implementation with Windows 11 as they have. After 14 years, Binary Fortress Software has been pretty good at keeping up to date with Windows OS versions and changes. Just hope they add support for the primary task bar soon, because waiting around for MS to acknowledge that failing to support such a basic need is plain stupid and insulting to its past user base. I'm hoping it is just a lazy rush it out the door thing, but it has been quite a while now with MS ignoring this basic desired "feature" supported by their past OS versions. MS take on this just baffles me.

    Hello,

There is a Git Hub project called "Explorer Settings" by some and officially named "Display Patcher."

I contacted Star Dock, asking them to include this ability in the next update to Start11. Start11 is outstanding, especially for those still wanting to use the Windows 7 start menu.

Their reply was to tell me the method used by "Display Patcher" would stop working in 24H2. Microsoft is redesigning the taskbar coding.

I don't know how this will affect "Display Fusion," hopefully, they will keep up with Microsoft changes and keep their product working.

    I'm considering "Display Fusion Pro."

Thank you for your information. I appreciate it.
