Airpods pro mic not working on windows 11

Hi there,

since more or less one week my airpods pro mic doesn't work anymore on windows 11.

If I go on Sound>properties>input settings the format is empty and the volume is on 0.

any idea what's going wrong?

    This works for me:

    1. Open device manager and uninstall any devices with a name of your AirPods in the following sections: "Audio Inputs and Outputs" / "Bluetooth" / "Sound, Video and Game Controllers"
    2. Restart your computer
    3. Reset your AirPods (Open the case and hold the button on the back until and amber light comes on and then goes white again - About 10 seconds)
    4. Pair your AirPods with your computer again

    update - I didn't do anything and last month my airpods started working - microphone and earphone functions!

    This is the answer.

    To be more clear, go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Realtek(R) Audio -> Driver (tab) -> Roll Back Driver -> Reset Computer

    Hi,
    Have been struggling with this issue for a few weeks.

    Here's my hardware:

    • Lenovo V15 G2
    • Iphone 15 Pro
    • Airpods Pro A2698 (version 6B34).

    Just downloaded the Magicpods app which has fixed it.

    I can now swap between laptop and phone easily for video and phone calls - microphone works no trouble.

    MagicPods app is something like $2... not great you have to pay, but at least it's a cheap fix!
