stop code system thread exception not handled.. after reboot its on...what should i do now?

i was using torrent web and discord and as i launched valorant.. blue screen appeared..i rebooted my pc and it is on... what should i do now?

    I have Dell Inspiron 7500+ series, Everything was working until I installed new Microsoft updates. After I comeback, I see blue screen with error message the blue screen "SYSTEM THREAD EXCITED NOT HANDED" I have tried various methods but the blue screen returns. I am not able to finish booting sequence. Now it is asking for login to my microsoft account, so it recovers and I am expecting it to encrypt/decrypt something. I logged in to my microsoft account, still nothing happening. It's been 2 hrs plus. I have no idea how to debug this.

    I need help, Please if you any one have solution please help.

    I use an Asus Vivobook Ryzen 3 laptopI use an Asus Vivobook M409 Ryzen 3 laptop, so at first I just opened Chrome then something seemed odd, then I restarted then suddenly the blue screen "SYSTEM THREAD EXCITED NOT HANDED" I have tried various methods but the blue screen returns

    i have given up, this problem is W11 realted and still unfixed, since W11 came out, i never had a problem under W10
