2023-10-19T13:26:37+00:00 as someone with exactly the same problem i.e. cannot get Alexa on my PC. Does any one know which select PC's are or are not allowed Alexa. Whats the rational behind whether your PC is or is not allowed Alexa?

2023-10-12T23:08:42+00:00 That's interesting, because it's been there before. About 3 years ago, when I first bought a number of Echo devices, it was in the Microsoft Store and I was able to install and use it. My hardware hasn't changed, so why would it not appear now?

2023-10-12T20:31:55+00:00 Alexa app for PC is only available to specific computer models with specific BIOS. This is why the app is not "listed" in the Microsoft Store. When you have those specific computer models, then it is automatically "bought" for you.
