I couldn't find any critical errors in the log. The WU client downloads files in the background, no connectivity issues were spotted. However, WU was trying to fetch the 2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023773), which has already been installed on the computer.

You can install the latest (April) quality update by downloading the offline installer from the link below.

    From admin PowerShell, run:

    • usoclient StartInteractiveScan

    After 2 minutes, run:

    • get-windowsupdatelog

    Upload the fresh WindowsUpdate.log.

    -or-

Do a repair installation right away. Since the servicing issues are fixed, the setup should run fine.
