I just had the same issue. For someone reading this, I just had to retype in my key and my windows is reactivated. I searched my email for "Windows key". Good luck workers and gamers.
Cant Activate Windows 11 after BIOS Update !
hi , few days ago i build my new pc and install windows 11 and activate it through my microsoft account. and everything was fine . yesterday i updated my MB BIOS and after that I'm having a problem with activating windows !!
i tried troubleshooting and " change hardware " option but still getting error .
tried to contact MS support live chat but stock at num1 in line and never get respond !
my MB is Gigabyte B560 AORUS Pro AX

Yes I saw a forum post where someone said the tech said to do that - the implication in the forum was that this was how you could solve the issue.. I did it myself just now thinknig it would allow me to get past the "can't contact activation servers try again later" message. Nope! I've created a support ticket. I took a screenshot of the device before removing it, since it had my exact motherboard model text in there.
I think on some microsoft products, you can see product key details in your purchase history-"see detail", but not so for these online purchases. There is no way in hell I am going to spend another $200 if they don't correct this situation.
Do any of you have updates on your situations?
