Windows 11 New Install SFC /scannow erros

I will be performing the Sea Tools disk tests soon but have finished the memtest checks. 1 of the 4 DRAM is bad. I verified all 4 slots are good by testing each module individually in each slot. Is it possible that this one faulty ram module has caused all of these issues?

Unfortunately Windows is suboptimal in identifying a malfunctioning hardware component.

Third party software stress testing and hardware component swaps are used to narrow down the potential malfunctioning hardware components.

Please rule in / rule out the disk drives and the RAM.

First complete the disk tests with Sea Tools then move to the RAM testing.

There were some networking findings but troubleshoot first the disk drives and RAM.

This occurred when attempting to install an image to a usb drive

The windows 11 errors occurred when windows was trying to automatically update from 10 to 11 while I was troubleshooting and making various changes to the system configuration as well as restarting.

All drives in use are less than 10 days old. I have attempted to install windows 10 and 11 (via installation media) on each of them with similar if not exact issues occurring on each of them. I have tested 2 other SSD's as well as 2 mechanical drives. With all of these drives I have used the windows disk management and command prompt to clean and format them to a healthy state. The end result has been the same. I do not believe the hard drives are the issue. The only new hardware added recently (2 months ago) were 2 ram sticks identical to the current 2 installed. This issue occured after a failed SSD and attempted install (via media) onto another SSD which was not being utilized. That is when I purchased the 3 additional drives (2 ssd, 1 m.2). I have also attempted multiple sfc scans and dism repairs (including via source but unsuccessfully finding the path) but have not been able to successfully repair the image. For driver updates I have utilized the aorus app center, driver booster, as well as manually installing. I have not noticed a difference from one to another.

It's possible the issue is hardware related but I do not have enough components here to swap each of them. I was asking for clarification if you knew what each of the numbers referenced in relation to hardware.

I believe the installation issues I am currently having may be related to my network connection over wifi rather than ethernet but it is a shot in the dark.

The above were the various BSOD and live kernel bugchecks with the clean install.

Please make sure that all disk drives are tested with Sea Tools bootable:

During the next clean install make sure that

a) all disk drives except the drive for Windows installation are removed or have detached cables

b) all partitions are deleted making an unallocated disk drive before the clean install.

For non-Microsoft drivers use only the Gigabyte motherboard or component manufacturer websites.

Make sure that third party software are not used for drivers (driver booster, etc.)
