Windows 11 PC freezes and becomes completely unresponsive when gaming

I recently got a new prebuilt PC, and within a week of redownloading all my files and games from my previous PC, the computer continuously freezes and becomes completely unresponsive when gaming. It happens at random times and seems to differ between games. I have done everything I possibly can to remedy this issue, from scanning and repairing drivers, drives, reseating my GPU and RAM, installing HW monitor to ensure my temps are not skyrocketing and the voltage/wattage is sufficient, going into BIOS to make sure nothing is overclocked and the RAM is set to the correct MHz, running the windows memory diagnostic tool, etc. Everything that has been posted on youtube and other forums, I am almost positive I have tried. Absolutely nothing works and no matter what I do, the freezes keep occurring. The strange thing is when my PC becomes unresponsive, I can still hear my friends continuing to talk in discord but they cannot hear me. I am not sure what else to do about this other than to seek help here or to return the PC and just build another one on my own.

    Where did you get PC Manager? I went to the website and it said "Coming Soon" EDIT: Nvm, downloaded the app from the Store

    That said, I've had the freezing issue. It started after I modded Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I was playing fine for a while and then the next time I started it up, it froze Windows. Hard reset and tried again, same thing. After too many hard resets, I had to reinstall Windows entirely. Everything was going deceptively well for a bit while reinstalling EVERYTHING (ugh) and then I go to fire up a Steam game to check if it's installed or not, and Windows stops responding AGAIN and I can't access the task manager.. sooo the hard resets have started again. It seems to work fine as long as I'm not doing anything involving Steam at the moment. Steam is on in the background with no issues but I'm not clicking on any games, I don't wanna risk it. I'm at my wit's end with this. I just wanna play games and not ruin my computer.

    Update: found fault in my power supply, replaced.

    Runs fine without graphics card on the integrated graphics.

    Seems to be running fine now with graphics card, AFTER updating Bios visual settings OFF AUTO to Nvidia as Primary GPU. Had it freeze once after plugging 3060 back into the board. Checked bios and found settings on auto. Changed bios and 3D settings to Nvidia, and removed all Intel ARC drivers from startup.

    48hrs freeze free...

    So no fixes?

    I've done EVERYTHING and swapped a few things.

    build is only a few months old.

    CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

    GPU: RX 7900XTX

    MB: Rog Strix B650E-F

    PSU: Corsair RM1000x (Newly purchased 3/5/24)

    Ram: G Skill Trident Z5 6000mhz DDR5

    Boot: Samsung 990 Pro 1TB

    Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2TB

    Freezes ONLY in gaming, anywhere between 25mins-3hours then freezes. I can watch youtube/browsing for hours without any freezes. This has been going on since the build. I've done Windows 11 reinstall, windows update, MB drivers update, bios update, Chipset update, GPU update (including DDU), SSD firmware update, games update, reseating CPU, reapplying thermal paste, reseating GPU, Reseating PSU connectors, Reseating Rams (Tried 2 different sets with and without enabling EXPO), RMA AIO cooler, Normal temps while idling and gaming (panel is off too), No overclock, no debug lights, no ram errors, no errors when running sfc /scannow. I've checked and done everything thats stated in forums with no luck. I am clearly out of ideas.

    I am having the same issue , windows 11 randomly freezes on my main screen . my cursor moves and i can click things , but it is not visible , resetting the graphic drivers fixes my issue , ( win+ ctrl + shift +b )

    Clean boot or in-place upgrade or hardware, kind of replace everything and then tell us if the problem returns.
