    My camera is locked so I cannot show up live on zoom calls. When I turn video off in Zoom my profile picture shows up

    It is not my camera that is the issue it is my built-in microphone of the Laptop that is not being recognized when I use Messanger Video Chat. I think that one of my setting has gone wonky and I may have to do a reboot back to factory settings. That I am trying to avoid
