2024-07-20T15:15:31+00:00 Hi
I have a recurrent problem with my integrated camera. The camera cannot be turned on and I get mostly this error message (error code 0xa00f4240) on the camera app. When this happens, it applies to all apps that use the camera.
I have tried all the usual solutions (privacy settings, app permissions, disabling and enabling the camera, updating drivers and Windows.. etc...) but this was not helpful.
I used to run the camera troubleshooter which used to go through all the stages and then ask me the restart the computer. This fixed the problem for a couple of days every time. This happened many times (more than 10 times).
Now the troubleshooter doesn't run as usual for some reason, but only directs me to this page.
I am hoping to get this issue solved once and for all as it seems to be a software issue but recurring all the time for some reason.
Thank you
