On windows11, one application runs offscreen. This began when I used external monitor but continued. Why?.

2025-05-27T15:44:50+00:00 Hold Shift while you right-click the icon. Then, depending on your keyboard either the +/- or arrows will eventually move the window, it just may have to move it half a mile, so ride the line between patience and time wasting...

2025-05-20T07:55:50+00:00 Agree with those who say this is nuts. Here's my favorite workaround:
- Open any app that opens where you can see it.
- Hover over the maximize/restore icon near the right end of the title bar.
- Choose any screen layout option. Your active app will appear in one part of the screen.
- Windows then lets you choose what app you want in the other part of the screen.
- Choose the app that has been hidden. It will appear in part of the active screen.
