I have been experiencing several bugs on my PC for 2 weeks now, apparently this was due to a corrupted user. I wanted to transfer the files to a new user and I had to go into safe mode to do so. Via msconfig I went into safe mode, I restart my pc and every time after my motherboard screen I see a small circle with dots spinning around, nothing else happens.
I have tried everything but nothing works. I also can't get into the automatic repair screen by shutting down the pc 3 times. I have also pulled the cable out 3 times but this does not work either. Also I have spammed F11, F1, F2 and F8 but this also does not work to get into automatic repair. I have also tried to boot via USB but when I enter the commands in CMD the PC does not recognize it because it boots via USB.
Now I really don't know what I can try to get out of safe mode, does anyone have a solution?

I'm home. First of all, I can choose from these boat options. The ''Intenso'' is the USB with the Media Creation Tool on it. I see on the internet that I have to open it in UEFI mode but then I get the error message I had named earlier. I can boot it without UEFI mode though, then I get into the installation part of Windows. But then I get no further because of the error code I showed in the video at 0:52. So this is because I need to boot in UEFI but I can't do this.

Okay, when you get home, I will be here and we an work our way through the installation.
I will be home in 3 hours, then I will try it and send a picture. But I had tried yesterday to install Windows on a drive but then I got the following error code: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNM9DH9n76U&t=312s 0:52, the solutions in all the tutorials are to boot the PC in UEFI mode. But every time I try to boot the USB in UEFI mode I get the error message I mentioned earlier in this forum.
