I had the same thing happening on my Dell laptop. I had to go to Computer Management -> Services -> Dell Peripheral Manager and stop the service. That immediately stopped the annoying notifications. I set that service to start manually instead of automatic. I hope this helps someone.
I tried the second method multiple times. I did all of this, disabled everything on my hp windows 10 laptop and the issue is not resolved. I restart my laptop and then for a few seconds there is no caps lock notification, and then boom it comes back.
Please help, I did not do anything in settings, or update my laptop, it just randomly started to appear after deleting a game on my laptop. (I don't think deleting the game part is that important but I'm putting it out there just incase).
Thank you for this! I was losing my mind with those notifications and tried everything!
un héro.
