It says no audio device is installed when I plug in my c920 logitech camera. This just happened recently. They used to work well together before.

    Hello! I am having the same problem... I just write to Microsoft costumer service and they are helping me.

    U just go to "help" in your windows browser and look for "chat with Microsoft costumer service in the web" , u explain them the problem and they will help u. Service is so quick. 100 recomended

    On Step 5, try "Disable" it instead of Uninstall

    I am facing the same issue, this problem started after a windows update. I already tried to uninstall and install sound drivers but the issue persists. Did you guys get any solution? thanks
