It says no audio device is installed when I plug in my c920 logitech camera. This just happened recently. They used to work well together before.

    Driver issue with logitech and Microsoft or Logitech dont know how to fix this

    What a joke. Does no one do any testing before rolling out windows updates

    I have just suffered the same issue and it was after an update of the INTEL driver. Now tried all the workaround and even uninstalling the Intel driver but it keeps on stopping the audio driver once plugged (even without the webcam´s driver).

    This seems to be a windows problem against Logitech. Have anybody tried with another webcam brand?

    And most importantly, any new update on a way to fix this?

    This was the issue for me too.

    For me though there was no Intel Smart Sound Technology driver at all but uninstalling the audio driver for the webcam specifically fixed all issues

    This has been going on for a while now. Can we get an update, to get this resolved?

    Plugging in a webcam shouldn't get rid of all audio output devices.

    I've found my problem.

    It's related with  Intel Smart Sound Technology driver.

    Once I removed this driver from my system, I got my Windows Audio service back to running state.

    The problem now is I only have my Logitech items working and the others not(I have the cam G920 and Audio speakers G560).

    I dont know how to find a driver version that works for for both.
