Bluetooth Stopped Working after A windows 11 update

Hi, My Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter has stopped working after a windows 11 update this issue same happened on windows 10 now i upgraded to windows 11 and the problem continues after the update. The drivers on this device is up to date and on the status on the device it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.

Does any one have the same problem or has a solution to this problem please tell me it helps a lot thanks!

    Do you know the name or ID of the update you removed that fixed it? I've removed several so far and none have fixed the bluetooth

    You really don't need to know that just go to settings> Windows Update > Reset this pc > Restart to Advanced setup> select troubleshoot> advanced options > uninstall updates > select unintstall latest quality update. If you still want to know the update name it is called:2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview fore windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-Based systems (KB5028254)

    I think I have found the solution, you must go to Device Manager and search for the bluetooth device (show hidden devices), uninstall device and check the box, then refresh, you will find your unknown device then search for update and search with windows update and your update will be in the optional updates. For me it has worked on an HP intel i5 gen4 laptop.

    Could you provide which driver version was installed and what Device ID it has?

    Ok found one older driver(11/13/2013, 2.9.25.1000) which works on my W10 not sure about W11 First uninstall existing driver and check the box to delete driver.     Ok after days of trying different drivers I found what works do not use the Microsoft update optional updates Ralink driver use the Mediatek 2.3.1.0 04/24/2015 driver look in device manager for hidden devices un install the device then scan for hardware changes if it doesn't instantly work and install the Mediatek driver, but installs the Ralink driver un install it again and check the delete driver check box then scan hardware for changes it should now work if not check for optional updates under advanced options, under windows update, you should see the Mediatek optional update install it then restart under recovery/ advanced startup/ choose disable signature enforcement F7/ then repeat the above steps un install driver then scan hardware for changes it should now work
