Hi, My Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter has stopped working after a windows 11 update this issue same happened on windows 10 now i upgraded to windows 11 and the problem continues after the update. The drivers on this device is up to date and on the status on the device it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.
Does any one have the same problem or has a solution to this problem please tell me it helps a lot thanks!

2025-04-01T21:26:51+00:00 Check if Microsoft has not revoked Ralink driver certificate. My Ralink bluetooth(PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298) still doesn't work thanks to Microsoft update.

2025-04-01T06:48:34+00:00 You need to go into device manager and show hidden devices uninstall the Bluetooth drivers and delete the driver then re boot go to Windows update check for updates then go to advanced tab under windows update and go to optional updates look for Bluetooth driver and install updates

2025-04-01T05:51:32+00:00 My Bluetooth adapter on my PC also stopped working after Windows 11 installed an update, to make sure the adapter is not faulty I disabled the internal Bluetooth Adapter on my laptop, plugged in the external Bluetooth adapter and used it to pair a wireless Bluetooth headset and it worked. My laptop is running Windows 10 which means Windows is the problem and not the hardware since the hardware is working on other computer systems. Reset Windows 11 and the problem will be resolved.
