Bluetooth Stopped Working after A windows 11 update

Hi, My Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter has stopped working after a windows 11 update this issue same happened on windows 10 now i upgraded to windows 11 and the problem continues after the update. The drivers on this device is up to date and on the status on the device it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.

Does any one have the same problem or has a solution to this problem please tell me it helps a lot thanks!

    Could you provide which driver version was installed and what Device ID it has?

    Ok found one older driver(11/13/2013, 2.9.25.1000) which works on my W10 not sure about W11 First uninstall existing driver and check the box to delete driver.     You really don't need to know that just go to settings> Windows Update > Reset this pc > Restart to Advanced setup> select troubleshoot> advanced options > uninstall updates > select unintstall latest quality update. If you still want to know the update name it is called:2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview fore windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-Based systems (KB5028254)

    I figured it out! It was a windows 11 update that completely disables Bluetooth connectivity. After trying everything that was suggested online and nothing helped I just uninstalled an update I had from 10/9/24 and like magic everything was working again. Windows will try to blame everything aside from their updates first and than just be in denial for a couple of months until they finally have to fix it in the next update. But until then just roll back the last update before windows broke Bluetooth connectivity.

    Do you know the name or ID of the update you removed that fixed it? I've removed several so far and none have fixed the bluetooth
