How to permanently disable Windows 11 "efficiency mode"?

Removing the Efficiency Mode would violate Microsoft's fundamental strategic goals of (a) coddling the West Coast Liberals who think that reducing a laptop's power consumption by 0.2 mWatt will save the Amazon Rainforest, and (b) ensuring that any company which dares create a product that competes with a product Microsft copied, or wants to copy, is eliminated just like Microsoft did to CP/M and Netscape.

what makes me laugh the hardest about this "feature" is that Windows is currently the biggest gaming platform, and Microsoft want to do EVERYTHING they can to stop that!

go into Settings and it suggests that you limit your refresh rate to 60Hz... that's right, they want GAMERS to drop from 150-200 FPS to 60, is that so that it looks the same as the consoles?

I've got a tower with an i5, 64GB RAM, about 12tb SSD, and when I'm trying to run things they start to stutter - the GPU management software is suddenly in "effeciency mode" and my screen starts jittering - my second display with a browser open freezes every 15-20 seconds because all of the tabs are in "effeciency mode"

the only thing thiis will be efficient in is driving users to Apple or Linux!

GIVE US THE OPTION TO DISABLE IT!!!

Dear Microsoft,

Let's do be honest. You're acting like our digital nanny state to not have an easy 'off' toggle for efficiency mode, and it's a bit disturbing.

At best, it's condescending in the extreme, and really not the right customer service mindset.

I know y'all think you're saving the planet, but you're really just contributing to a totalitarian moment.

I did not ASK how to turn off efficiency mode in Chrome. I asked how to turn it off for EVERYTHING. This is a desktop computer and does not have a battery for the OPERATING SYSTEM to save.
