My Windows 11 laptop will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. It says "You're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test." I have restarted my laptop and rebooted the modem, neither worked. Any help on what to do next?

2024-05-24T20:51:40+00:00 Plug in to ethernet port with a usb-connector or docking station, and download the network driver not working properly. Once downloaded restart the laptop, unplug the ethernet, and connect to wifi. Then run a system update if other drivers need updating.

2024-06-05T00:26:29+00:00 I found a fix to this from Reddit. Make sure no power cable is plugged into laptop, then while on , power off your laptop by holding onto the power button for 30 seconds, holding onto it way after it is already off. This is a “hard reset” but it doesn’t delete any files! When I turned it back on I can see my wifi again. After an entire day of not being able to use my laptop, looking for solutions online, this worked ! Hope this helps anyone still looking for a solution :)
