My Windows 11 laptop will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. It says "You're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test." I have restarted my laptop and rebooted the modem, neither worked. Any help on what to do next?

I have followed your instructions but all my network adapters seem to be working properly and so I don’t know what to do now? What network adapters should be showing under the drop down?

Go to Device Manager, find the defective network driver.
Write down its name, then uninstall it.
Download the driver on another computer from Intel's website, and copy the file to a USB device.
Now plug the USB device to the defective computer, click that file - and install it.
Ta-da!
