Virtual Network Adapter

My Windows 11 laptop will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. It says "You're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test." I have restarted my laptop and rebooted the modem, neither worked. Any help on what to do next?

    hi! i'm having the same problem, tried everything including reseting my laptop. nothing works. no internet at all, i can't even see wifi option.

    I have had this problem several times and had a Microsoft technician fix it, inadequately, the first time. It seems to occur when my HP laptop is left on but sleeping. It corrects itself when the laptop is shut down snd and disconnected from the power supply for an extended period.

    Hi there, I am having the exact same problem. Most of the troubleshoot options are even a ailable to me, but I have attempted the ones I can and nothing has worked. I reset my PC and the problem persists. Any help before I just roll back to windows 10?
