Starfield error code 0xc000001d

Everytime I launch Starfield I get the error code 0xc00001d. Is there anyway to fix this? I've already reinstalled the game and don't know what to do know. Please help!

    Remembering that if you installed Starfield on a hard drive, it is recommended to uninstall it and put it on an SSD drive. Some users are having problems running the game on a hard drive.

    Also check if the services below are active:

    IP helper

    Xbox Live Authentication Manager

    Xbox Live save game

    Xbox Live Network Service

    GameServices

    Independent Advisor - Community

    Did you order the game before Sept 1 ?

    From the MS Store....

    "* Actual play time depends on purchase date and is subject to possible outages and applicable time zone differences."

    Steam says - "Pre-purchase...", and The Humble Store says "Pre-order with up to 5 days early access"

    Hmm, just noticed the game min spec will run with Win10, but if the game has Ray Tracing lighting effects

    (If not, I wonder why. Maybe it will be added later?) you will need Win11.

    I have the premium edition so I should be able to play. My PC is far better than the minimum requirements.
