My windows 11 will not let me download a printer driver. And does not have a choose where to get app in advanced settings

Does your computer have an ARM processor like snapdragon? Ricoh has not created an ARM driver yet but most of the printer manufacturers have you can go out and download an ARM universal print driver from their websites,

Yes I went back to 23H2 and it worked for me. The devices were new so I did have to build the devices from a USB onto 23H2 but it worked. Sorry I forgot to post. Microsoft said they would address this issue in an update but have gone silent. Not sure when the fix will be released. I would personally just roll back to 23H2 if possible and use this as its a solid OS. 24H2 still has 1 too many bugs for me

I have tried so many things and then called the Geek Squad who did just what I did, with the same results. Then called internet provider, they changed something, still no connection. Today called Canon printer support, still doesn't work, they told me to call Windows support.

Having the same issue. What version of Windows 11 is everyone running? I have a machine on 24H2 and Microsoft did acknowledge there were some compatibility issues with older printer drivers. I would recommend backing up all your data to OneDrive and going back to a known working version of Windows 11 (23H2). I am testing this now and will let everyone know how it goes
