How about for Windows 10? That's what we have, and it blocks the Epson drivers for the scanner on our ET2840, so we can't scan to the computer. It prints really good, but how can we scan something to a folder on the PC?
My windows 11 will not let me download a printer driver. And does not have a choose where to get app in advanced settings
I just purchased a new printer. I keep trying to download driver but windows will not let me open.
I youtubed several videos on how to fix or allow the driver to be downloaded but my computer does not even have the option available! so I do not know what to do.

2025-02-20T21:25:22+00:00 Every driver that I tried to install would not install after it went through the download process. At the end it said it wouldn't work and here I am, up a creek without a paddle. Windows won't recognize my computer at all.....

2025-02-20T16:20:51+00:00 I did download the printer driver for the manufacturers website and went to optional updates and it is not there. I cannot see any way to install the driver download from the download file. The driver is just sitting in the file with no where to go. ??

2025-01-27T21:10:15+00:00 Hello David,
I am having the same issue with my Brother ink-jet printer MFC-J4335DW. I have a Microsoft Surface running Windows 11 version 24H2. My previous Surface laptop was Windows 10 and I had no issues with my printer but now I cannot download the drivers and receive the error message about that the Scanner Driver 1003. Brother service said it is a problem with version 24H2 on Windows 11 and they have seen it over & over again but cannot help.
Thank you,
Jess D.
