My windows 11 will not let me download a printer driver. And does not have a choose where to get app in advanced settings

I just purchased a new printer. I keep trying to download driver but windows will not let me open.

I youtubed several videos on how to fix or allow the driver to be downloaded but my computer does not even have the option available! so I do not know what to do.

    If your VPN is on, turn off and see if scan works.

    Try turning off your VPN. That's what I had to finally do for my Brother drivers to be successfully downloaded.

    When I turned off my VPN from Norton, I was able to download my printer drivers.

    I have recently purchased a Canon Pixma TS3660 wireless printer/scanner. I cannot add it to my laptop as a local wireless printer. I am operating Windows11 Home. Help! Its driving me mad
