I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I have installed the update that became available today called "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310)" and this did not give me the Microsoft Copilot function. Nothing happens when pressing WIN-C and I can't find settings for this function anywhere.

So what I did is join the Windows Insider Program (Dev channel) and got the latest update so I'm now running Windows 11 version 23H OS build 22631.2361 and I still don't see Windows Copilot function. Am I missing something?

    Interesting, I am in England and installed KB5030310 2 days ago and I have Copilot.

    On the downside if I close MS Edge it can't be opened again until "End Task" is initiated through Task Manager. Then it will open, but fails again to open once it has been closed.

    Anybody any ideas on how to fix it?

    Update: The problem appears to have resolved itself and MS Edge now opens and closes normally even when Copilot is used.

    Further Update: The problem has reappeared. Many times neither Edge or Copilot will launch and I have to go into Task Manager and shut Edge down before it will launch. I have changed it to run with Administrator Privileges but the problem remains.

    Does anyone have any ideas on curing the problem?

    US user with hardware and software purchased and installed in US, but currently in use abroad. Hence probably have a European IP address. Is this why distro didn't get to people in such a situation?

    Hi EmilyS726, I'm in North America and updated my PC to "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5030301)" and haven't seen the Copilot option yet. Are there any other factors that might be affecting this?
