Why does Windows update 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) fail to install when it's not for my co-workers? All other updates are downloaded and installed with no problem. I believe this is the Pre-CoPilot update that I have been waiting for. Install error Install error - 0x80070002.

As of October 2023, Windows 11 has 24.42% worldwide. What if everyone needs a personal assistant?

Good luck, I kept getting update errors and failures. Microsoft rep said My Windows 11 was defective. She reinstalled it and things are great.

I paused updates for a week. Than re-enabled them. Windows Update says there is another update (KB5031354) is available. But I can't install it. Because of... 0x800f081f error.

why cant i just do a normal install just like other updates, does this mean i will have a problem down the line???

Good Morning.

I am technically challenged for sure. The update continues to fail I now have a new failure KB5031354

Error code 0x80070002

I am afraid I will do more harm than good.
