Can't connect to bluetooth device and troubleshooter missing files.

When connecting to my Bluetooth speakers, it says: "We didn't get any response from the device, try connecting again.

When trying to troubleshoot this issue an error pops up stating: "ms-contact-support://settomgs/settingspagetroubleshootbluetooth. this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default app settings page."

this all happened after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Please help

I had issues with my bluetooth after a recent update. I was able to fix it by doing what was previously suggested here:

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: services.msc
    This will open Services app
Find Bluetooth Support service in the list
Right click it then select Restart
Right click it again then select Properties
Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop down list.
    Click Apply and OK.
    Restart your computer.

But then I just uninstalled the "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)" driver from the Device Manager and reset my computer. I think windows automatically reinstalled the correct driver. Not sure if this can help anyone else.

    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with bluetooth on my computer and went to this thread for advice. I started following step 1 but when I right click on Bluetooth Support service, I am unable to press the restart button. I have also run trouble shooting on it and have gotten a message saying that there is no device installed
