Can't connect to bluetooth device and troubleshooter missing files.

When connecting to my Bluetooth speakers, it says: "We didn't get any response from the device, try connecting again.

When trying to troubleshoot this issue an error pops up stating: "ms-contact-support://settomgs/settingspagetroubleshootbluetooth. this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default app settings page."

this all happened after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Please help

    I did both ways but still can't connect to any Bluetooth devices. I can't remove the device either. It said "remove failed"

    I did 1 and 2 above but it didn't work. I even noticed that I had and update pending so I updated and restarted my laptop, but to no avail. Here is the screenshot that was asked for.
