Can't connect to bluetooth device and troubleshooter missing files.

When connecting to my Bluetooth speakers, it says: "We didn't get any response from the device, try connecting again.
When trying to troubleshoot this issue an error pops up stating: "ms-contact-support://settomgs/settingspagetroubleshootbluetooth. this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default app settings page."
this all happened after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Please help

2024-04-05T15:24:48+00:00 Guys Even I have tried. lot of things to fix this is but I found out a way to fix this issue.
Which is I tried to upgrade from Win 10 To Win 11 in this process all the applications are not supporting.
I recommend You guys to do a clean Windows 11 Installation rather than upgrading it. now everything is working fine withe My PC.
Main thing is upgrading your intel Bluetooth drivers to the latest version can cause the Bluetooth error I recommend you not to upgrade it to the latest version I tried upgrading to the latest version after the clean installation of Windows 11 and I was facing the same issue and I roll backed the drivers to the previous version. And everything is working fine with my PC.
This is my intel Bluetooth Driver Version: 22.250.0.2
Try installing this Version of Bluetooth

2024-04-02T23:22:06+00:00 I do every tutorial how to fix the issue, but every time it doesn't work. The bluetooth icon don't show up, on/off toggle doesn't show in settings and in device menager i don't have bluetooth option. I installed 10 different drivers, from Intel, official website and no one worked for me. If you could help me I would be very happy and gratefull.
