Can't connect to bluetooth device and troubleshooter missing files.

When connecting to my Bluetooth speakers, it says: "We didn't get any response from the device, try connecting again.

When trying to troubleshoot this issue an error pops up stating: "ms-contact-support://settomgs/settingspagetroubleshootbluetooth. this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default app settings page."

this all happened after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Please help

    I do every tutorial how to fix the issue, but every time it doesn't work. The bluetooth icon don't show up, on/off toggle doesn't show in settings and in device menager i don't have bluetooth option. I installed 10 different drivers, from Intel, official website and no one worked for me. If you could help me I would be very happy and gratefull.
