Can Hearing aids that are Bluetooth capable be used on a Windows 11 laptop?

I just got a new laptop that has Windows 11 as its OS. It has Bluetooth settings, but when I check it, I don't see any way to pair my hearing aids to it.

They sync to my iPhone and iPad.

Is there a way to add them so I can use them when I'm using the computer so I don't disturb others in the room?

    My Hearing aids work in windows 10 64-bit OS. My windows 11-64 bit does not connect. Is there or will there be an update for new drivers?

    my Oticon hearing aids work with my Samsung Android phone and that is it. Per Oticon you need an intermediary device to connect your hearing aids to the desktop PC using Windows software....

    Hi, I have Signia Hearing aids & contacted their Tech support dept. I was told the NONE I repeat absolutely NONE of the companies that manufacture Hearing aids want to or intend to get off their Asses to write Blue Tooth definitions for Window, Apple, or Linux computers & that there are no hearing aid blue tooth definitions that properly define hearing aids as Audio devices!! Supposedly Windows 11 is going to support Blue Tooth Hearing Aids in the future by either writing their own BT definitions as audio devices or change windows enough to use the same definitions as the phones. We will have to wait & see.

    Michael thanx for the reply and research you did into this. Yes I have Windows 11 and my Oticon hearing aids will not connect to desktop. However the hearing aids do connect easier to my S22 Samsung cell phone. Not a big deal, more of a minor nuisance. I have ear pods that connect to desktop if I want to listen silently. Jeff
