Error Code 0x800736b3 means ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_NOT_FOUND - The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Perform a repair installation known as In-place Upgrade to fix the Problem.

Make sure you always back up your data when performing a repair installation.

Because even an in-place upgrade can go wrong in the worst case scenario.

You should also temporarily uninstall third-party antivirus programs beforehand and also use the removal tool if the manufacturer provides one.

I also can't install the latest update "2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems". It fails halfway through and says to Retry which I have multiple times.
