2023-09-19T20:55:04+00:00 Installed updates today. I now do not get to use EDGE. It says that Sophos was not correctly installed. It says to turn Sophos off, uninstall Sophos, or use a different network. Sophos is not installed on the computers, so I can't turn it off or uninstall it. Don't have another network to use. What do I do now?

2023-09-19T17:22:30+00:00 Update keeps failing during restart, and when my computer restarts, it has a critical error where my start menu isn't working that can't seem to be fixed.
Same issue: install works, then during reboot if fails at 96% of the upgrade process. After automated rollback start menu and search are not working anymore with a crtitical error message.
I tried several solutions, none of them worked:
- restart in safe mode => does not fix anything
- rollback to previous snapshot and install KB from MS catalog manually => same issue at 96%
- ran update troubleshooter, restart and re-install => same issue at 96%
I see quite a lot of people having the same issue with no solution.
I'm now stuck, unable to install the cumulative fix.
Any solution or fix will be highly appreciated, is MS working on this?
