    Im trying to download the update again and again but after few min it is showing retry!! only for this update

    The 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219) update downloads and then fails during installation, leaving a Retry option. I have rebooted many times and retried the update with the same result.

    Update keeps failing during restart, and when my computer restarts, it has a critical error where my start menu isn't working that can't seem to be fixed.
