Me too.
Can not get my BitLocker recovery key
When going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to get the BitLocker recovery keys of my device, I get an error saying:
"Sorry, something went wrong.
We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while.
TraceId: lBgh0JGs40W+tj6N.30.98"
Same thing when I would go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and then click on "info & support" on my device that I need to recover after blue screening and then "Manage recovery keys", which basically takes me to the link mentioned at the top of this post.
This is very frustrating as I can't start working with my brand new laptop that just crashed on me from day 1.
Any reply from people trying if that link works for them is appreciated.

2023-09-22T02:57:15+00:00 Thank you all for your many solutions, unfortunately none of them worked for me, I tried with 2 existing accounts and created 2 new ones, and nothing worked.
Is Microsoft even reading this?
ALL my work data is on that locked disc and I am at a full stop with work at the moment, this is insane.

2023-09-18T19:41:12+00:00 After replacing my motherboard, I encountered the same issue when trying to access: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.
"Sorry, something went wrong.

These are the steps I took to resolve this:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- If signed into MS Edge; clear your Microsoft Live password by opening your Edge Profile, and clicking the gear
- Scroll down to Passwords, under the Saved Passwords section, find and select the login.live.com entry and any other MS Login (put a checkmark in the box to the left of each one).
- Click the Delete button
- Close and reopen Edge
- Enter https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey in the Edge address bar and press enter
If it worked, you're done... If the issue persists, continue below:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- If signed into MS Edge, sign out by clicking your Profile, click the gear, and click the Sign Out button
- Click the box for "Clear Favorites, History, ..." (You should have a check in the box)
- Click the Sign Out button
- This should restart Edge automatically with a default profile (check to be sure by clicking the profile icon at the top right)
- At the top right of Edge, click the three dots "...", and select History
- Click the trash can icon at the top, select All Time from the drop-down, and place a checkmark in every box available (you have to scroll down to see them all)
- Click the Clear Now button
- Close and reopen Edge
- Enter https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey in the Edge address bar and press enter
- Enter your MS credentials; select No, thanks if asked to sync data
- Click add account (even if yours is already there), and sign in
If it worked, you're done... If not, I successfully applied a similar strategy using Firefox. Give it a try. Good luck.
