When going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to get the BitLocker recovery keys of my device, I get an error saying:
"Sorry, something went wrong.
We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while.
TraceId: lBgh0JGs40W+tj6N.30.98"
Same thing when I would go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and then click on "info & support" on my device that I need to recover after blue screening and then "Manage recovery keys", which basically takes me to the link mentioned at the top of this post.
This is very frustrating as I can't start working with my brand new laptop that just crashed on me from day 1.
Any reply from people trying if that link works for them is appreciated.

I haven't been able to confirm this myself, but someone on Twitter gave me the same advice, so I'm hopeful. I'm trying to get my OneDrive account unfrozen now. Despite clearing up space and purchasing a larger plan, my account remains frozen for the time being (4.9gb out of 100gb). I contacted support and was told to wait 24 hours.
If you haven't wiped your drive yet, consider looking into getting your OneDrive account unfrozen, and be aware it may take 24 hours for that to happen!
Had the same problem, found my solution on another microsoft support thread.
I can't say for sure if this solution will help, but this sure helped me when nothing else worked:
If the link doesn't work, I had to clear up my OneDrive folder (which was full) before the recovery key page would show correctly for me. I think getting extra space would also work but I'm not sure, I just cleared out my OneDrive folder entirely and it worked for me. (also sorry if you're rereading this from another thread just copying-pasting to spread the word)

Without the correct recovery key your only option will be a clean install.
I am also experiencing this same issue accessing my Bitlocker Recovery Key (TraceID: M+MO5tuKqkedC47Y.6.66 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again.) I tried all of the suggested fixes (switching accounts, creating new account, changing browsers, clearing cache / pw, etc.) and had no success. I have been unable to access my laptop for over a day now.
I tried contacting @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter, and after a single reply to my DM asking me to state my problem, there was zero response. I cannot believe this failure of basic functionality is bricking people's devices, and Microsoft can't even muster an acknowledgement of the issue.
