Can not get my BitLocker recovery key

When going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to get the BitLocker recovery keys of my device, I get an error saying:

"Sorry, something went wrong.

We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while.

TraceId: lBgh0JGs40W+tj6N.30.98"

Same thing when I would go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and then click on "info & support" on my device that I need to recover after blue screening and then "Manage recovery keys", which basically takes me to the link mentioned at the top of this post.

This is very frustrating as I can't start working with my brand new laptop that just crashed on me from day 1.

Any reply from people trying if that link works for them is appreciated.

I finally just had to break down and buy a new computer. Amazing. Thanks Microsoft. Well done.

    Still same issue.

I tried all the workarounds, cleaning historial, cache, reseting edge to default, the two accounts switching method (all the versions) and nothing worked. I can't see the bitlocker key.

It's incredible that after two months we don't have a fix for this bug, and no comments from MS about it.

I'm having the same issue. Did Microsoft ever fix the old issue, or did everyone have to resort to a workaround?

I've tried multiple accounts and multiple browsers but nothing works. I need to be able to access my laptop!

I've also tried clearing my cache, resetting my password, etc. Multiple account sign-on doesn't work for me -- trying to sign on with a second account has me going through all the steps to sign in, but when I get to the account page, I'm still just signed in as the first account. I've tried clearing cache and logging in to one account as a time, but this doesn't resolve the issue. Chrome, Firefox and Edge all have the same problem.

Lenovo pushed a bios update to my new laptop without telling me that I would need a "bitlocker key".

Changing accounts didn't work for me, at the end I clicked change password while trying to access the account and after changing the password, the number appeared in my account.
